Can guide or driver-guide tours in Madrid and on day trips from Madrid
Has a strong natural presence with guests
Knows how to lead with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
Is an excellent storyteller
Understands how to connect emotionally with international travelers
Pays attention to detail and truly cares about the guest experience
Has a professional mindset, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility
Has previous experience as a tour guide or driver-guide (highly valued)
Has a high level of English
