Mission:
As a Business Controller, you will ensure the correct implementation of administration, financial control, and dry storage processes across assigned business units. Supporting the Operations Centre Business Partner, you will play a key role in monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency across the hotel.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls across administration and storage areas
• Support the Business Partner by analysing financial and operational data to guide decision-making
• Monitor hotel budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, identifying and reporting deviations
• Participate in budget preparation, financial closing processes, and forecasting activities
• Coordinate cost control and cash control processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures
• Monitor payment collection processes, reducing outstanding balances and improving cash flow
• Supervise accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Support reporting requirements for owners, stakeholders, and joint ventures
What are we looking for?
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar finance or controlling role
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Understanding of accounting principles and hotel operations
• Experience with financial systems (SAP, PMS, Microsoft Office)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence, prioritise, and work collaboratively across departments
• Advanced English (additional language is a plus)
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong decision-making ability
